fixing your credit score

My goals to pay my credit card debt and fixing your credit score

Here are my goals when I make the decisions of the credit card:

1. Pay balances in full each month
2. They do not pay annual fee
3. Keep the card with a long history to increase credit scores
4. Maintain at least a plain paper with my wife
5. Keep the card in my name and make sure that my partner does the same
6. Maximize the rewards, cashback priority to all other systems Miles or Points

Our family has the following cards:

United Mileage Plus Visa, no annual fee, gives 1 mile for every $ 2. I hardly use this card, but I keep it because it is my oldest and my credit card customer. This is a joint account.

City Dividend Platinum Select, no annual fee, gives 5% cash back on groceries, drugstores and gas purchases and 1% on everything else. Annual limit of $ 300 prizes. This is my main board. This is my only account.

MBNA World Points Wachovia Visa, no annual fee, gives World Points can be redeemed against cash prizes low miles, or merchandise. I took originally found to provide protection for my checking account. My husband uses this card, more than any other. This is a joint account.

Discover card without annual fee, gives 1% cash. That account of M alone. He was always and is very useful to his credit score.

Last year, I transferred my Chase Mileage Plus card with a small reward, but no annual fee. And earlier this year, I improved my reward credit appear on my main card when I got rid of my card City Upromise Platinum Select Dividend for City. Both Chase and City has allowed me to maintain substantially the same account with the same account history, but change the reward program, I was. Chase gave me a new CC number, but not City.
Today I called MBNA to see if I could get a loyalty card College 529, which is 2% cash back on an education savings account with a maximum of $ 1,500 per year. I wanted to keep my credit history with MBNA, but get rid of my World Points card. Unlike Chase and City, MBNA has forced me to apply for new credit to the new card so I checked my credit score free first. I decided it was worth it, because a cash prize of 2% is much better than the system of World Points. I opted to keep my World Points card so my credit will not be. I will keep a brush on the AutoPay on this map so I will have a balance every month, which will be good for my credit history.

I plan to use the MBNA / Fidelity for all purchases on a daily basis, except for purchases of gas, food and pharmaceuticals. City to go for a premium of 5% cash back.

I can not wait for new maps, even if they are angry with MBNA to make me ask again and submit a claim difficult to shoot. I realize that this is because their contracts with Fidelity and Wachovia needs, but I am still disappointed.
